Chamomile Tea is a Great Sleep Aid

chamomile flowersThe following steps are on how to make a cup of chamomile tea. Chamomile tea is a well known sleep aid. It is also used to calm nerves, dispell stomach gas and aid digestion. Making your own at home is very easy.

  1. First, you will need two to three tablespoons of dried chamomille flowers per cup of tea.
  2. Put the dried chamomile flowers into a cup.
  3. Pour in hot water.
  4. Allow to infuse for up to three minutes.
  5. Strain into another cup. Use a tea strainer to catch the chamomile flowers.
  6. Drink. You can add honey or lemon juice to adjust the taste.
