Our Earth is blessed with a number of trees, plants and flowers that have the power to save us from the harmful effects on health. Some floras contain hazardous chemicals, while most of them involve a number of healing properties. Enlisted below are some herbal plants that helps is to live a healthy life:

Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera plant or play magic medicine to treat skin problems. The plant grows to a height of 12 to 16 inches and is grown in temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius. There are over 200 different species of Aloe Vera and each is widely used to treat the burned areas, skin diseases, problems and indigestion. It is grown commercially in Mumbai, Gujarat and southern India.
Amla plant
Indian gooseberry (amla) is one of the richest sources of vitamin C. It ‘a medium-sized deciduous tree, reaching a height of 8-18 meters. Amla is used to produce herbal products that help alleviate a variety of health problems, such as hair loss, bleeding, vaginal discharge, skin diseases, and blood flow to the uterus. Amla is commonly grown in Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
Neem
Also known as Nimba, the role of  neem play a variety of vital treatments in the world of Ayurveda. It helps to treat chicken pox, fever, skin diseases and headaches. The fauna of national parks like Ranthambore National Park, Bandhavgarh National Park, Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary and Guindy National Park are well-known for the planting of NeemNeemLeavesWM trees.
Tulsi plant
Basil (Tulsi) is considered sacred by believers, Hindus. Normally the plant grows to a height of about 75 -90 cm and the leaves are round oval. In addition to  its religious significance, the plant is of fantastic medical value. The juice extracted from the leaves are eaten to get relief from colds, fever, cough, indigestion, cholera and insomnia. Also people like to take a refreshing sip of tea, which consists of leaves of Tulsi. It is widely available in the Gir National Park and Sasang Widlife sanctuary in India.
Eucalyptus
Popularly known as the tail of Nilgiri, eucalyptus is a large tree, up more than 300 feet. Eucalptus oil out of the leaves have high medicinal value.  It helps purify the blood and it lowers blood sugar. It heals  problems from asthma, bronchitis, heart problems, and fungal infections. It is widely cultivated in the Nilgiri Hills in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Kerala and Mysore.
Turmeric plant
Also known as “Haldi”, tumeric  plays a key role in the production of ayurvedic medicines and products Ebal. Experienced users report that a small piece of turmeric improves  infection of the liver, the cold, leprosy, inflammation and skin diseases. Haldi paste is also used to treat pimples and skin tanning. It is widely cultivated in tropical regions. Sanjay Gandhi National Park in India is known for the cultivation of  turmeric.
